Our inflatables are custom all-white designs built for weddings, birthdays, and private events. We focus on elegance, cleanliness, and safety — not cartoon characters. Every rental includes delivery, setup, takedown, and professional service throughout Jackson and Josephine Counties.

Full payment is due at booking.
Cancel 10+ days before your event for a full refund.
Cancel 4–9 days prior for a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable but may receive a credit toward a future booking.

Safety always comes first. If conditions are unsafe — heavy rain, lightning, or winds over 15 mph — you can reschedule or receive a full refund before setup. Once setup begins, refunds aren’t available, but we’ll help you reschedule quickly.

We need a flat, clear area (grass, turf, concrete, or asphalt) and one standard 110 V outlet within 100 feet.
We provide tarps, cords, blowers, and all equipment — no surprises or hidden fees. -
Delivery, setup, and takedown are included within one hour of Eagle Point, Oregon — including Medford, Central Point, White City, Jacksonville, Ashland, Rogue River, and Grants Pass.
If your event is farther, contact us to discuss travel options. -
Yes. All clients must provide event liability insurance naming Lunar Lux Events as an Additional Insured with at least $1 million in coverage.

Yes! Each unit has sewn loops for balloon garlands or banners. Please avoid tape, glue, confetti, glitter, or sharp objects.
