Whether you’re planning a backyard birthday, a wedding, or a community event, you can book with confidence knowing that if dangerous weather threatens your day, we’ve got you covered.

We recommend customers begin monitoring the forecast 3–5 days before their event.
As you approach your rental date:

• Keep an eye on local forecasts for wind, rain, or extreme temperatures.

• If you have any concerns about changing weather conditions, please reach out early so we can review options together.

If the weather looks questionable:

1. Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled setup to discuss conditions.

2. We’ll evaluate the situation with you and determine whether your event qualifies under the Weather Guarantee.

3. If we determine that setup cannot be completed safely, you’ll have the option to reschedule your event or request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Your safety — and that of your guests — comes first. The following conditions qualify as dangerous weather under our guarantee:

• Sustained winds over 15 mph or gusts exceeding 20 mph

• Thunderstorms or lightning within 10 miles of the event site

• Heavy rain that saturates the setup area or causes standing water

• Extreme heat (over 100°F) or poor air quality from wildfire smoke

Light rain, mild wind, or cloudy skies do not qualify as dangerous weather. Our equipment and team are prepared to operate safely under typical Southern Oregon conditions.

If your reservation must be canceled due to dangerous weather before setup begins, you have two flexible options:

• Reschedule for any available date within the same calendar season (recommended)

• Request a refund, minus any merchant processing fees, as outlined in our Refund Policy

Once setup has been completed, the full rental fee applies regardless of weather changes.
