At Lunar Lux Bounce Houses, safety and professionalism come first.
Every inflatable we rent is commercial-grade, meticulously cleaned, and inspected before and after each event. We handle delivery, setup, and takedown — so you can focus on celebrating.

Bounce House Rental Policies & Safety Guidelines

✨ Supervision:
An adult (18+) must supervise the bounce house at all times during use.
Children should be grouped by size and age to ensure safe play.

✨ Weather Awareness:
High winds, rain, or lightning can make operation unsafe. If conditions are questionable, we’ll pause or reschedule under our Weather Guarantee — your safety always comes first.

✨ Setup Requirements:

  • Flat, level surface free of debris and obstacles

  • Grass, turf, concrete, or asphalt are acceptable

  • A standard 110V outlet within 100 ft

  • No overhead power lines, trees, or sharp objects nearby

✨ No-Go Items:
No food, drinks, pets, confetti, paint, or glitter inside or near the inflatables.

Each unit is cleaned, sanitized, and air-dried after every event using professional-grade products. Before delivery, our team performs a safety check covering stitching, anchor points, and blowers to ensure everything meets manufacturer and safety standards.

All clients are required to carry event insurance naming “Lunar Lux Events” as an Additional Insured.
This protects both you and your guests while allowing us to provide safe, insured service at your event.

*A digital copy of your Certificate of Insurance must be provided at least 72 hours before delivery.

Lunar Lux Weather Guarantee

  • We never take risks with your safety or your event.

  • If weather conditions are unsafe, you may reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund before setup begins.

  • Once the inflatable is installed, refunds are no longer available due to weather — but we’ll always work with you to find the best outcome.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel 10+ days before your event for a full refund

Cancel 4–9 days before for a 50% refund

Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable (but may receive credit toward a future booking)

Damage & Cleaning

Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized items (such as food, sharp objects, face paint or glitter).

Minor wear and tear is expected and never charged.

Excessive cleaning due to mud, paint, or debris may incur a cleaning fee.

Power & Access

If power becomes unavailable, the inflatable must not be used until it can be safely re-inflated.

Please ensure access for our delivery vehicle and a reliable power source during the rental period.
